Is this the right place for your holiday?

The holiday accommodation forms the ground floor of a family home in a residential area and as such we prefer guests who understand we keep quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. 

If you want to stay up late partying, then this is not the right place for your holiday.

You will see a date selector and search button at the top of every page on the website.  Please select a date and press search to see availability.  Valid start dates are shown in green.

Prices

Prices vary depending on the length of your stay and the time of year you book.  Weekly prices start at around £725 and go up to £995 for a full week in high season.

Terms

Our weekly bookings run from Friday to Friday.  You can arrive any time after 4pm on your arrival day and you need to vacate the property by 10.00am on your departure day.

We require a deposit of £150 to secure your booking, but if you cancel within 24 hours, we will refund your deposit. After that, your deposit is considered non refundable in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.  The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your stay.

Key Policies

• We sleep four people maximum.
• We do not accept pets of any kind.
• We have a strict no smoking or vaping policy throughout the cottage and garden.
• We do not accept children under the age of 16 years old.
• We regret the property is not suitable for wheelchair users.
